Undoubtedly, in the midst of a global context in which the emergence of the most conservative positions are struggling to reinstall themselves in the spaces in which progressive governments, social movements and resistance dynamics have been building possibilities for the emergence of other ways of weaving realities, this country, whose people are also pulsating and tense, has made a special place for itself in international politics, due to the challenges it has decided to face in relation to the construction of a stable and lasting peace.
