It is a look at the purposes, actions, participation in the life of the neighborhoods and communes, management and administration of the organizations and their relations with other actors present in the communities. This document is the result of this process, in which the various contributions of the Municipality, the Universities, the network of Neighborhood Integration Centers and the IPC competed. It is, therefore, a material where the imprint of all those who participated in its final elaboration is a material that will serve as a working tool for the CIB`S, and for consultation and reflection for those who wish to access it.
