This document, which has been constructed collectively, aspires to be an input for reflection on the political violence that has been exercised against the national and regional human rights movement. Although the case of the IPC does not exhaust what has happened to this movement, it does represent one of the many cases that serve to understand the logics embedded in the processes of violence and political resistance that have surrounded the exercise of the defense of human rights in the country.
