After two years of this first lawsuit, recognizing the decades of resistance and defense of the territory by the community of the Southwest, and emphasizing the urgency for full guarantees to defend life, water and territory, the social organizations signing this statement demand impartiality in the treatment of this case and respect for due process for the communities in Jericho.
