Newslatter No. 20 of the Observatory of Peace and Human Rights of the IPC, which under different perspectives of socio-political, legal, historical, academic and philosophical nature, tries to articulate three axes of discussion related to the construction of peace in the country, in relation to urban-rural problems relevant to the current context, and in a dialogical analytical coordinate in several fields: security and human rights in the city of Medellin; mining, business and human rights, and memory and truth.
