The Newslatter No. 18 of the IPC Human Rights Observatory presents three papers. The first two correspond to the sub-regions of Bajo Cauca and Urabá, and address the issues of human rights culture and territorial reparation, respectively, while the third puts the reader on the stage of the discussions that urban territories are facing in the world -the right to the city-, regarding the debates in this field that will mark the meeting of the Habitat III conference to be held in October 2016 in Quito, Ecuador.
