This issue contains 6 articles, the first of which refers to the reports prepared by the Colombian government and non-governmental organizations to attend the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) proposed by the United Nations, which reflects the human rights situation in the country. The second article presents some ideas regarding the celebration of the sixtieth anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The third article is on human rights and development plans. The fourth deals with extrajudicial executions. The fifth addresses the complex reality currently facing young people in Medellín. And finally, recommendations for a public policy against the forced recruitment of children.
