The objective of the diploma course is to strengthen the different social and political actors that directly or indirectly are part of the local development processes, constituent movement in Antioquia and especially in the sub-regions of the Aburrá Valley, through a training process with the axes of communication for development, political power and state, public finances and territorial wealth management, control, citizen and territorial planning, democracy and development.
