Globalization of rights... Rethinking the human condition: debates in human rights.
This book gathers some current debates on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law. A first block of articles presents the theoretical and political debates on Human Rights, both globally and in their specificity in Colombia. Debates or restrictions located, some, from the neoliberal globalization, others, from security, from the practices of these rights, or from the rights of specific sectors such as women.
