Victims in contexts of violence and impunity: the case of Medellín
Within the normative framework of the Justice and Peace Law, as a contextual scenario for the victims of the conflict to make their rights to Truth, Justice and Reparation effective, there is an urgent need to generate mechanisms and dynamics that favor the approach of the affected persons to the judicial instances.
