This issue addresses four structural issues in the past and future of the country, such as: historical memory, peace, security and some challenges for the post-conflict. With these four thematic axes, the publication hopes to help identify the challenges so that the violation of human rights, the absence of democracy, social exclusion and fear, do not continue to be the determining references to analyze the Colombian reality.
