The peace agreement agreed in Havana and signed by the Santos Government and the FARC-EP and supported by the International Community, is at risk due to the adverse result obtained in the plebiscite held this October 2nd. Apart from what may happen, I am about to raise some aspects of the solution to the conflict, related to development, democracy and human rights.
