In the task of continuing to disseminate the human rights situation in the department of Antioquia, the Instituto Popular de Capacitación -IPC- offers the public a set of reports produced by several social organizations of Antioquia corresponding to the year 2007 and presented, initially, within the framework of the XVII Human Rights Campaign in Antioquia Victims: with voice, with rights, with dignity, held during the first week of December 2007.
