This systematization of experiences is the result of the interest of the Mayor's Office of Medellin and the Mobilization Unit of the Secretariat of Citizen Participation, who in association with the Instituto Popular de Capacitación IPC, share the concern for strengthening social and citizen participation as a support for the transformation of the city, more democratic, equitable and just, is developed within the framework of the project "Formulation and implementation of strategies for the promotion and articulation of scenarios for citizen participation and mobilization".
